Per il rilascio di un'attestazione di avvenuto espatrio dalla Germania (Grenzübertrittsbescheinigung), è necessario recarsi personalmente durante gli orari d'ufficio presso l'Ambasciata a Roma o il Consolato Generale di Milano previo appuntamento

Si prega di portare la seguente documentazione:

• formulario denominato "Grenzübertrittsbescheinigung"
• documento d'identità valido con foto (passaporto, carta d'identità)
• permesso di soggiorno italiano valido
• documentazione che confermi l'avvenuto viaggio di ritorno in Italia (es. carta d'imbarco

L'attestazione di avvenuto espatrio dalla Germania può essere rilasciata anche dagli Uffici dei Consoli Onorari previo appuntamento telefonico.
